During 2023, we launched a SEO-SEM strategy, accompanied by a “WEBINAR FUNNEL” strategy for ICT, software and LinkedIn companies, focused on bringing quality subscribers to a major corporate online event.

THE CHALLENGE
Emburse needed to position itself from scratch on Google.it and position itself from scratch in the Italian market. All with the aim of getting new customers in target.
THE PROJECT
1. COMPETITORS ANALYSIS & KEYWORD STRATEGY
Before setting up the SEO strategy, we carried out a preliminary analysis of competitors and keywords to use, studying the sector, context and online positioning of competitors of Emburse, sifting through all possible b2b marketing strategies for the software industry. We then carried out a keyword strategy, identifying industry keywords useful to convert users on the site.
2. SEO OPTIMIZATION & LOCAL STRATEGY
Secondly, our SEO agency for software industry, in the operational phase has optimized the site, both in terms of key messages and content, with the aim of increasing the conversion rate. First, we focused on the product and demo pages, then we worked on the rest of the site. We have placed the local business google tab so you have visibility even in local searches.
3. CRO OPTIMIZATION
The contents of the site have been optimized with the aim of making the site more user friendly and return clear information to users. In addition, we have placed within the pages call to action and targeted messages with the purpose of lead generation in the software industry, that is to generate the greatest number of contacts (future customers).
4. GOOGLE ADS
In parallel with the SEO optimization, we carried out marketing for the software industry, creating Search and Display campaigns on Google that contributed to the visibility of Emburse in Italy and the obtaining of new Leads.
5. FUNNEL THE WEBINAR
The Digital Marketing strategy designed for Emburse, has been enriched in 2023 with a new piece: the WEBINAR FUNNEL for software companies. What was it specifically?
Our work of generating leads for the webinar, that as objective had to not only bring a good number of subscribers, but also and above all quality, has moved on several fronts:
- definition, together with Emburse, of the key contents of the webinar (title, list of points to be dealt with, etc.)
- support in the realization of the dedicated landing page (CRO activity)
- preparation of an editorial plan to promote the webinar, including articles, social posts and newsletters
- assistance in publishing the event on other channels (eventbrite, linkedin, etc…)
- Linkedin and Google ADS campaigns to sponsor the webinar
… and much more besides.
The final result was very satisfactory: over 150 subscribers in target, fundamental leads generated by the marketing department of Emburse and then passed to Sales.
