Eidosmedia is a leading Italian SaaS multinational with branches worldwide. Founded in Milan in 1999, it is best known for developing Méthode, the CMS used by the Financial Times, Le Figaro, The Wall Street Journal, and Il Sole 24Ore.

In 2022, ongoing SEO efforts for Eidosmedia and B2B marketing for SaaS were supported by a WEBINAR FUNNEL strategy for SaaS companies focused on generating high-quality registrants for a major corporate online event dedicated to the Finance sector:
+350 B2B leads, aligned with the defined target.

RESULTS

THE CHALLENGE

Méthode is Eidosmedia’s CMS for creating complex content and multichannel publications, adopted by major Media groups worldwide—but it is not the only solution developed by Eidosmedia.

This was precisely the challenge Eidosmedia presented to us: without detracting from the Media sector, they asked us to generate leads in other industries—through our B2B marketing for SaaS—such as Finance, Corporate, and Public Administration, where Eidosmedia’s solutions can have a strong impact but are still relatively unknown. Among these is the investment reporting platform, which plays a key role in automating report creation.

4. FUNNEL WEBINAR

The SaaS Digital Marketing strategy designed for Eidosmedia was enriched in 2022 with a new element: the WEBINAR FUNNEL for SAAS companies. What was it specifically about?

Eidosmedia was planning a webinar for May 2022 dedicated to the Finance sector: one of the sectors where Eidosmedia solutions are still little known.

Our lead generation work for the webinar, which aimed to bring in not only a good number of subscribers but also, and above all, target users, moved on several fronts

  • definition, together with Eidosmedia, of the core content of the webinar (title, outline of points to be covered, etc.);
  • support in the creation of the dedicated landing page (CRO activity);
  • preparation of an editorial plan to promote the webinar, including articles, posts for social media and newsletters;
  • assistance in publishing the event on other channels (Eventbrite, LinkedIn, etc.);
  • LinkedIn and Google ADS campaigns to sponsor the webinar.

… and much more.

The end result was very satisfying: over 350 subscribers from the world of Finance, key leads acquired by the Eidosmedia marketing department and subsequently passed on to Sales.
