Swiss Chamber has seen a tangible improvement in terms of visibility of its site, which is now positioned on Google not only for brand-related searches, but also for the individual services offered; as a result, the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Italy has recorded an increase in contacts from the Web for specific services.

The AdWords landing pages and related campaigns have also had positive results: applications for membership and simple information have increased.

THE CHALLENGE

The objectives identified for the inbound online marketing strategy of Swiss Chamber were mainly three: the increase in the number of requests for association with the Chamber, the promotion of the various professional services offered to Swiss – Italian companies and at the same time the strengthening of the new brand Swiss Chamber, in terms of awareness and authority (Brand Awareness).

The digital strategy implemented by Cdweb for Swiss Chamber has moved in two directions:

– Website optimization: in order to improve its positioning on search engines, a careful work of selecting keywords has been carried out in order to appear in the SERP with both branded and unbranded keywords. On the basis of the top selected keywords were also created ad hoc content, SEO oriented.

– Creation of landing pages and ADS campaigns: the landing page created by Cdweb pursued the objectives set out above, so on the one hand it aimed at communicating the philosophy of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Italy, while on the other hand it drew the user’s attention to the services offered to the public and the advantages of becoming a member Swiss Chamber, inviting the request for information.

The purpose of the landing page was to activate an AdWords campaign created through Search and Display ads aimed at advertising the services offered by Swiss Chamber for companies and professionals in the Swiss and Italian market.
